Is fruit really that bad for you?
Yes it’s true that humans don’t need fruit all the time or year round. And yes, fruit contains fructose. But, according to Tim Ferris, fructose is converted to glycerol phosphate. Glycerol phosphate -> triglycerides -> fat storage. Therefore, fruit (excluding tomatoes and maybe avocado) makes you fat. I understand fruit juice, but just fruit.. maybe once a day max? Does...
